In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, every e-mail sent through AxitMarketing must contain a prominent, single-click "Unsubscribe" link in the footer. Unsubscription requests are processed in real-time by our API, moving the user immediately to a suppression list to prevent future contact.
We utilize advanced monitoring via Amazon SES and Amazon SNS to track bounce and complaint rates. Any account that exceeds the industry-standard thresholds for bounces (over 5%) or complaints (over 0.1%) is subject to immediate review and potential suspension.
